Sencha (green tea) /Mint green tea

brewing with 70℃water reduces bitterness and brings out the full umami flavor

Hojicha (roasted green tea/ Wakocha(black tea) 

🌡️90-100℃ 1min⌛️

brewing with heet water fully reveals the rich and deep aroma

The Philosophy
